What is Pulmonary Rehabilitation?
Our pulmonary rehabilitation program is designed to support patients recovering from respiratory illnesses, lung conditions, prolonged hospitalisation, or reduced breathing capacity. Through structured therapy and continuous monitoring, we help patients improve breathing efficiency, stamina, and overall physical endurance in a safe and supervised environment.
Each resident receives a personalised pulmonary rehabilitation program based on their respiratory condition, mobility level, and overall health status. The program includes breathing exercises, chest physiotherapy, endurance training, and guided physical activity to improve lung function and daily activity tolerance. Respiratory support and monitoring are provided whenever required.
Our multidisciplinary team closely tracks oxygen levels, fatigue, and overall progress to ensure safe recovery. This structured pulmonary rehab approach helps reduce breathlessness, improve mobility, and support gradual recovery through clinically guided rehabilitation and ongoing care.
