Best hospitality provided by the entire team. Specially physiotherapist was very friendly and took care of my dad since faced a difficulty in walking due to accident. Feels like you are staying in hotel with all medical assistance without any hussle.

My father had a brain stroke and needed cognition support and medical supervision on medicines as he had multiple medical conditions after the initial hospital stay.So Antara provided this support with their expert doctors who are ICU trained and staff and care takers are always present with their support and care .They have physiotherapy ,occupational therapy ,speech therapy and clinical psychologist who support this journey . Different patients with different health issues were seen here who were given palliative care ,assisted care and conservative care. Umesh centre manager is approachable and helpful.Has a solution to most queries. Billing desk was helpful.Umashankar is dedicated and wants to keep transparency . Geeta sales coordinator must really work on how to interact and socialise with all including patients and their attendars .She believes only in sales and no after service . Nursing staff Isma, Ibrahim are knowledgeable, always at service ,little more fine tuning they can be very professional. Hari and Henry Nursing heads are helpful ,social and cheerful. Personal attendants are all very helpful and dutiful. 1.It could be better if this place had more open space and greenery . 2.Some rooms lack windows and are conjusted. 3.First and foremost a care taker or attendar bed should be comfortable one to stayback to take care instead of a lounge sofa. 4.Food and the chef needs to changed .Its pathetic .

I had an excellent experience with Antara Care Home. The team provided us with compassionate and comfortable environment. They are specialized in poststroke rehabilitation/neuro rehabilitation, and postoperative care. They give personalized care plans and dedicated attention. Thanks a lot Antara care!!! We were looking for a home away from home for short durations for our mother in law and Antara gave that to us. They are amazing in taking care of her as she has Parkinsons, ensure she is happy well fed and taken care of. Dr Chaitan, Gautam, and other girls Onkari, Ahana, Sneha, Hari, Gautam etc made sure she never felt stressed. We really would like to recommend Antara care to anyone who needs this kind of support. They are open 24x7 so it's very convenient for managing pick up and drops. We would continue to use the services as it offers us much flexibility in managing our travel schedules without worrying about safety and health of the patient.

Everyone - from Doctors, manager Mr. Umesh , customer care Poojita, Geetha, Security guard, to the nursing senior & junior staff, nutritionist, physio Ms. Kritikka , Ms. Anitha, speech therapist Ms. Anisha, kitchen staff are all incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. They are down-to-earth, courteous and highly accommodating. They are genuinely warm, caring and truly care about patients. I wish I could call everyone out by name, but words truly aren’t enough to express my gratitude. I’ll be reaching out to connect with my relative from the US and I know the same warmth will continue. The facility is well maintained, the staff are diligent in their work. The therapist and the doctors are extremely professional and supportive of the patients overall well being.

I have admitted my Mother here in Antara Whitefield. I must say that they are well equipped to take in a patient who has not come back to consciousness post her brain surgery and can very well take care. To be on the safer side we had a caretaker also arranged dedicated for her again arranged by Antara. Coming to staff, they are very attentive and responsive to all queries and doubts that we have. Staff Satya, Asmeri, and their head Hari and others all are very cheerful and very attentive to the patient's need. All medicines are administered on time and the charts are updated. The physio team is also very good. For now my mom is having bed physio and that helps her keep free of any stiffness in the joints. Coming to duty Dr Bhuvaneshwar. He is very approachable and gives very clear feedback on the state. He is very much willing to listen to our concern and options that we want to try out. He coordinates well with the rest of the team within the WhatsApp group and outside of it as well. Overall the care is great. I am hoping to see some tangible progress in her State very soon.

I visited Antara Care Home, Whitefield, about 10 days ago, just to have an idea of their facilities and services offered. Ms. Geetha, the Relationship Manager did a wonderful job of answering all of our many queries thoroughly before giving us a tour of the facility. She communicated with a lot of clarity, a trait hard to find these days. I am not being asked to write about her here but but I felt the need to mention it. So, they have 2 floors dedicated to Transition Care ( taking care of senior patients after discharge from hospital before settling back at home) and 2 floors dedicated to Assisted Living(Seniors who are not too robust in health to live on their own and need constant help). Seniors who enjoy normal health are also welcome to use their facility. Antara Care Home is situated in one of the crowded, busy areas of Whitefield on a narrow road. It is quite an impressive big building devoid of garden or greenery. The Facility opened only in February this year so I am assuming they may have plans to improvise with time. The following are just my perspective about the Assisted Living facility and I, as a Senior myself, write this as a feedback to the organisation. 1.No greenery makes a place less cheerful. 2. The rooms are very small and since it is in a crowded neighbourhood, the small windows do not offer anything different from cement and brick to look out of for. A good ventilation must become a priority especially for seniors who have limited mobility. 3. The interiors of the room are a bit drab. 4. Dining area on the terrace could be made more vibrant. 5. A good library and perhaps some in house pets may help make up for missing nature and add more cheer. 6. Renting out the place with all its facilities is quite expensive. I understand the operational costs of running such a place will be pretty high but the pricing will push the Middle Class away. Best wishes to Antara Team.

Hi, this is Samson Pradhan, brother of Abhishek Das. My brother suffered a Hypoxic Brain Injury on 2nd February 2025 and was completely unconscious at that time. After reviewing his CT and MRI brain scans, some doctors informed us that the chances of recovery were extremely low, while a few others suggested that physiotherapy and rehabilitation might still help improve his condition. Despite the difficult situation and the fact that my brother was not responding to commands initially, we decided not to lose hope. Following medical advice, we admitted him to Sukino Rehabilitation Center (Brookfield) for physiotherapy and rehabilitation support. However, after some time, we did not notice any significant improvement in his condition. We later shifted him to Belvaa Senior Care expecting better treatment, but unfortunately the care and therapy there did not meet our expectations. At the same time, our family was already facing severe financial difficulties due to the continuous medical expenses. Later, one of the doctors recommended Antara Home Care (Max Group) Whitefield, Bangalore. After reading positive reviews and hearing good feedback, we decided to shift my brother there and that decision truly changed our experience. From the day we joined Antara, we noticed the difference in the quality of care and professionalism. The medical team carefully assessed my brother’s condition and planned therapies specifically according to his needs. Currently, he is undergoing multiple therapy sessions including Tilt Table Therapy, Muscle Stimulation, Passive Exercises, Occupational Therapy and Swallow Therapy all of which are extremely important for his recovery and were not being provided properly earlier. Every session is conducted with dedication and care. The staff members are highly supportive, compassionate, and always ready to help. Personally, I never felt like we were staying in a hospital environment; instead, it feels like receiving professional medical care in a homely atmosphere. It has now been more than two months, and we are finally seeing positive changes in my brother’s condition. He is now able to swallow and respond to certain commands. Although the progress is slow, we are confident that he will continue improving under the treatment and care being provided at Antara. Initially, we were concerned about the treatment costs and therapy charges. However, after understanding our financial condition and the fact that we had already exhausted most of our savings, the management was kind enough to support us by adjusting the pricing to a much more affordable level. We are truly grateful for the care, support, and treatment provided by Antara. Our family is genuinely satisfied with their services, and I would definitely recommend Antara to others who are looking for dedicated rehabilitation and long-term care support for their loved ones.

My mother got admitted here post Brain aneurysm surgery. They have taken very good care of my mother. Helped her a lot in her recovery process. The physiotherapist Mr Akash is really very patient and at the same time he motivates the patient to do the physio. My husbandvstarted walking with the help of walker one round and Mr Akash really took lot of effort.
