All are good During a visit nice staff

My mother aged 80 years stayed in this facility for post surgery support. The infrastructure, nursing staff, dietary, cleanliness and support staff were really good. Vitals data of the resident and all relevant details are posted in WhatsApp on real-time basis, which is very good for the family of the resident. Sincere thanks to Dr.Shreeranjitha Madam, Jhansi Madam, all Nursing Staff, Doctors and support staff for their services.

My mother, Mohammad Haseena Begum, stayed at Antara OMR for rehabilitation after her bilateral knee replacement surgery. As her daughter, seeing her go through surgery and begin the journey towards walking comfortably again was an emotional experience. The people who supported her during this time will always hold a special place in our hearts. My heartfelt thanks to Shree, the relationship manager, through whom we came to know about Antara, for guiding us. A special thank you to manager Jhansi for her support and coordination throughout my mother’s stay. To physiotherapist Eban, thank you for your patience and encouragement during her rehabilitation. Visited both Care-homes by Antara (ECR and OMR). The team, Dr Sri, Sister Rubini and Sister Yamuna, coordinated a smooth, informative tour. Rooms are set up similarly and both hospital and regular beds are available. OMR has a well equipped physiotherapy department, while ECR offers a calm, green setting and occasional peacock sightings. A reliable option for aging care, illness support, or post-surgical rehabilitation.

I Shifted one of my friend Post Liver Transplant from Hospital to this facility. He stayed here for 40 days. one of the best care received from the center. Nursing staff, Doctor team, Physiotherapy team, even Pharmacists available 24/7, food served to the patient and attender both were good as per doctor's advise. I would like to thank Management team for your support during entire period of post transplant stay.

I had a very good experience at Antara care home at OMR. The doctors Dr. Poova Ragavan, Dr. Ramanan, Dr. Nivas, Dr. Avinash were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment clearly. The nursing staff Head Nurse Yamuna. Senior Nurse Thamarai, Dhivya, Shilpa, Soja and junior Nurse Sanjika, Physiotherapy team Mr. Eban and Mr. Mahesh where caring, polite, and attentive throughout the stay. The care home was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and responsive whenever assistance was needed. I really appreciated the way the entire team treated patients with kindness and respect. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care and service provided. I would definitely recommend this Antara care home to others looking for quality medical care and supportive staff.

We had the best experience with this elder care service. I admitted my grandmother three days ago, and from the moment she arrived, the entire team took exceptional care of her with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Sadly, she passed away today. While this is a heartbreaking loss for our family, we find comfort in knowing that she received the best possible care during her final days. One of the last things she told us was that she wanted to continue staying there for her post-surgery treatment, which truly reflects how safe, comfortable, and well cared for she felt. I may not know everyone's names, but I sincerely appreciate the entire team for their dedication, empathy, and support. Overall the experience at Antara was pretty good. My mom stayed for 3 weeks. Although few times we had to keep a check on sisters, they are helpful. Sometimes the service is delayed for eg. today a tablet was to be given but it was brought almost 2 hrs delayed. But mostly they do come for service whenever we call. The best was the physio therapy. Eban and his team were very very helpful. We received the best physio here. Heartfelt thanks to them. Our major complaint was the food. We did not see any involvement of the dietitian. Food is neither tasty nor healthy. You really have to relook into this department. The place is well maintained, clean and neat. Our special thanks to Tamarai, Saina, Hyzha, Anjali, Kusuma, Yamuna and canteen boy David. We will be staying again after a month after my mom’s second surgery. Until then.. Thanks.
