I had a very good experience at Antara care home at OMR. The doctors Dr. Poova Ragavan, Dr. Ramanan, Dr. Nivas, Dr. Avinash were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the treatment clearly. The nursing staff Head Nurse Yamuna. Senior Nurse Thamarai, Dhivya, Shilpa, Soja and junior Nurse Sanjika, Physiotherapy team Mr. Eban and Mr. Mahesh where caring, polite, and attentive throughout the stay. The care home was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and responsive whenever assistance was needed. I really appreciated the way the entire team treated patients with kindness and respect. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care and service provided. I would definitely recommend this Antara care home to others looking for quality medical care and supportive staff.

We had the best experience with this elder care service. I admitted my grandmother three days ago, and from the moment she arrived, the entire team took exceptional care of her with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Sadly, she passed away today. While this is a heartbreaking loss for our family, we find comfort in knowing that she received the best possible care during her final days. One of the last things she told us was that she wanted to continue staying there for her post-surgery treatment, which truly reflects how safe, comfortable, and well cared for she felt. I may not know everyone's names, but I sincerely appreciate the entire team for their dedication, empathy, and support. Overall the experience at Antara was pretty good. My mom stayed for 3 weeks. Although few times we had to keep a check on sisters, they are helpful. Sometimes the service is delayed for eg. today a tablet was to be given but it was brought almost 2 hrs delayed. But mostly they do come for service whenever we call. The best was the physio therapy. Eban and his team were very very helpful. We received the best physio here. Heartfelt thanks to them. Our major complaint was the food. We did not see any involvement of the dietitian. Food is neither tasty nor healthy. You really have to relook into this department. The place is well maintained, clean and neat. Our special thanks to Tamarai, Saina, Hyzha, Anjali, Kusuma, Yamuna and canteen boy David. We will be staying again after a month after my mom’s second surgery. Until then.. Thanks.

Approached this facility for my brother. RM Dr.Shree gave a proper explanation.No false promises were given.She is very friendly and easily approachable and very professionate. Really impressed with the ambience and the group activity they provide. Very satisfied by the service provided by the clinical team. All the nurse and doctors are really supportive and taking good care of him.Took action in the correct time in controlling his sugar level by adjusting the insulin and diet(Thanks to the dietician).Spl thanks to Dr.Raghavan and nurse Shilpha. Spl thanks to physiotherathapist Mr.Eban.We could notice enormous improvement in my brothers condition. Thanks to the speech therapist could see a better improvement. He is feeling relaxed and stress free and getting better in this environment. Hoping to get the same support in the upcoming days. Few suggestions from my side. It would be nice if there are more group activities. I Appreciate the sharing of feed details and vitals and other details(cbg,temp) from time to time. We had a wonderful experience with the Antara senior care team. From the moment our dad arrived, the staff made him feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. It’s not easy trusting others with the care of a loved one, but this team truly goes above and beyond. Our dad thoroughly enjoyed his time there, which says everything about the warm and supportive environment they’ve created. We are very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality senior care. Special shout out to Shree, Yamuna, Vijay, Soundari, Sheela and David who went above and beyond to ensure Dad was comfortable during his trial stay here. We spent 6 weeks here and my mom recovered well to bring her home with lot of improvements. Putting a more detailed review. Pros: Physiotherapy by Eban and Magesh was very good and my mom recovered very well. Sree madam was very responsive to all our questions and help. Nursing staff and Dr were knowledgeable. Vijay from kitchen was very proactive and helpful. Negatives: Food, kitchen staff and housekeeping needs lot of improvement. Food being late or missed, lack of cleanliness and toilet issues are very common . We got food from outside most of the time. Pharmacist here is very uncoordinated expensive and not responsible. I recommend managing all medicines and other stuff like gloves on your own. Nursing staff, while knowledgeable can be more professional. They constantly are on their phones playing loud music or watching movies. They need to maintain a more quiet and professional atmosphere. Lot of times, they wont respond or completely absent. They also ran out of medicines few times and we had to arrange it ourselves last minute. Overall, it is in a convenient location and has good physio and doctors, but we need to be ready to spend lot of time and people to manage things. -----My previous review is below--- Taking care of my mom for last 2 weeks very well. Sri Ranjitha madam has been great in helping with anything with very quick responses. Eban is very good in providing excellent physiotherapy to help my mom recover.
